RECON announces partnership with Imperative

The RECON Network, a South Carolina-based company focused on purposeful veteran transition and employment, and Imperative, a peer coaching platform that uses the power of peers to support each other over time to become increasingly effective and fulfilled, have recently formed a partnership for the primary purpose of serving the veteran and military communities.

Through the partnership, the two organizations hope to provide purpose-focused programs to veterans and military spouses through Imperative’s science-backed platform, which combines the effectiveness of coaching with the impact of building informal internal networks that are proven to build resilient and high performing cultures. As a first step in the partnership, the two organizations have developed a pilot cohort program for ten veterans across the U.S.

“Purpose finding and personal implementation of purpose within the veteran community has always been at the forefront of what we want to provide through The RECON Network,” said Jordana Megonigal, Founder and CEO of The RECON Network. “We are thrilled to be able to partner alongside the leading authority in purpose, and more specifically in purpose within the workplace, to provide an even deeper understanding of and platform for those we serve.”

“Imperative is excited to partner with RECON Network as they bring Purpose to the forefront through our model of Peer Coaching,” said Travis Mears, Director of Accounts & Client Success at Imperative. “Having an understanding of your own North Star during times of transition is critical. Combining a meaningful conversation with what drives you to feel a sense of purpose brings clarity to your “why,” leading you down a career path that is focused on fulfillment.”
