Born fingerless, with severely deformed arms and hands, Kip Roth underwent years of surgeries to build hands and give him a chance at a normal life. Kip attended and skied for the University of Colorado and was a four-time National Disabled Ski Champion, a member of the US Paralympic Team and a two-time Silver Medalist at the Paralympics and World Disabled Ski Championships. An attorney, Kip litigated for one of the largest firms in the country, served as Labor Counsel and Director of Alternative Dispute Resolution for a Fortune 20 company and later started his own law firm, developing a successful civil rights practice. Today, Kip is a National Keynote Speaker, a Business Coach and business owner. He has appeared on Good Morning America and has numerous other television and radio credits.
